“I Feel Her Feel Me”

Hi, it’s Coach Cruiser,

There’s a woman outside the round pen with her back to me. I can see the energy swirling around her head and down her entire body. Now it comes to the center in her heart. I walk closer to feel what’s going on. She turns to face me and seems surprised that I am so close. She laughs and I nod my head up and down.

The woman is very respectful of my energy when she comes into the round pen. I can feel her “feeling” me. Hhmm, she must be a very advanced human!

I’m curious to see what she wants of me. When I walk toward the woman she clearly shows me her boundary. Ah… it’s good to know she can hold her own space. I lower my head and blow out any expectations I was holding.

We can just be, she and me. Together, aware, breathing.
