Thank you for joining me on this journey through the 11 Quantum Leap Readiness Principles necessary to for a healthy business to not only become sustainable but to continue to grow and evolve!

In this episode, we’re going to consider Quantum Leap Principle #10: Courage with Aligned Action

You are courageous if you have taken even one step toward building your own business with the intention of creating something wonderful for yourself and your herd.

Courage with Aligned Action

As a quality of quantum leap readiness, courage is a way of being.

Becoming a soulful entrepreneur is one of the most challenging, enlightening, rewarding, scary, gut-wrenching, fulfilling adventures you can possibly embark upon. Just because you’re scared sh!tless doesn’t mean you don’t have courage!

Think of a time you might have asked your horse to cross a wide creek of fast-moving water. Or with some horses, a tiny mud puddle! Did she balk, back up, spin around, say ‘no’ every way she could think to make you understand she did not want to cross that water?

Your job was to lovingly hold your intention and belief in her ability to step into uncertainty.

You knew she was capable. After a while or even several days, she stopped snorting, stood trembling for a moment and then did what you knew she could do! It might not have been pretty, or graceful, but she did it.

That took real courage on her part and she trusted you to help her through it.

That is what you do for your clients. You acknowledge the fear and yet hold the space for the courage to move into action.

And that is what your coaches and mentors do for you. They help you acknowledge your fear and move into action that is in alignment with what you want to happen in your business.

You’ve invested in your education, that took courage. If you’ve declared yourself a professional and a business owner, that took courage.

What Quantum Leap action are gathering courage for next? Is it time to step into a bigger arena of service and professionalism? Is it time to raise your prices or hire qualified team members? Maybe your Quantum Leap action is to just get started!

Whatever action you are considering and preparing for, it needs to be in alignment with 3 things;

  1. your personal essence - who you are no matter what.
  2. Also in alignment with your personal expertise
  3. And finally, in alignment with who you serve.

If any of those three things are not crystal clear to you, all the courage in the world will not help you build a successful practice.

It takes all three.

It also takes the courage to admit that you don’t know what you don’t know. The courage to make mistakes (and there will be a lot of them), the courage to reach out for help and the courage to step out in front with what you can do for those you are meant to serve.

Picture an infinity symbol of evolving knowledge, aligned with the courage to take action.

Whether you are gathering the courage to step into the pond of uncertainty, take your first ocean swim or wade through a swift-moving river, the patient guidance and trust of someone who has gone before you is an investment you can’t ignore.

I know how much courage it takes to reach out to a mentor to help you get to the next highest level of your business - it requires a mental, emotional and financial commitment to actually become the person who lives the grandest version of the highest vision you’ve ever held for yourself.
